Other facilities available are pond-fishing for fresh water prawns (udang galah), hiking tracks around the fruits orchard, cycling or simply enjoying a game of cards or carom. During the day. you can enjoy some outdoor activities such as trekking up the hills, exploring the vast surrounding of nearby Balik Pulau town or just strolling the main road of the town, that is well-known for its local produce such as nutmeg, durian, buah nam-nam and others.

In the evening, you can show off your culinary skills by utilizing the outdoor kitchen at the chalet, which is
fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils. For those of you who wish to have food catered, it can
be arranged prior to your stay at the chalet. Barbeque (BBQ) party, teppanyaki-steam boat, steaks or other dishes can be catered to make your stay a pleasant experience. Otherwise, simply drive up to Bukit Genting
Hill to enjoy some Thai food at its restaurant, which also offers panoramic views of two country sides
(Balik Pulau on one side and Teluk Kumbar Town on the other) or drive out to Balik Pulau town for its famous laksa, hokkien mee or even some special dishes in the local restaurants/eatery shops around the area.
